Terms and Conditions

Class fees are payable one term in advance and should be paid in full by the invoice due date to avoid incurring a Late Fee (7 days before the start of term).
 

Whereby an invoice has not been paid by it’s due date, a late payment charge of 3% will be automatically added to your invoice.
 

After your successful trial class, you automatically become a member of 'Dance with Sonia Brown' and will be invoiced for the remaining weeks of term.
 

When a new term begins, the term in its entirety must be paid for. Once a member and returning for a new term, you cannot join late in a term and only pay for the remaining classes.
 

Personal holiday or absence for any reason (unfortunately including illness) during term time is non-refundable and cannot be carried forward.
 

No refunds can be given whereby the fault is not of Dance with Sonia Brown.
 

In the event that Sonia is unable to run a scheduled class, a substitute teacher will be arranged. If this is not possible and the class has to be cancelled, the class fee will be carried over to the next term as credit.
 

If you no longer wish to attend classes or need to miss a term, a minimum of 7 days' notice must be given via email so your place can be filled. Failure to give notice will result in a charge of one class fee.
 

If you decide to take a break for a term, your space will be offered to the next person on the waiting list. If you plan on returning you will have to join the waiting list. Your space cannot be reserved without class payment.
